摘 要:以丙二醇单甲醚(PM)和醋酸甲酯(Me Ac)为原料,甲醇钠为催化剂在自制的反应精馏塔中合成丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯(PMA)。考察了反应时间、催化剂用量以及酯醚摩尔比对反应精馏过程的影响。反应精馏适宜的工艺条件:催化剂用量为0.5 wt%,Me Ac和PM摩尔比为6:1~7:1,反应时间5 h,在此工艺条件下PM的转化率能达到89%以上。Propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate(PMA) is synthesized, using propylene glycol monomenthyl ether (PM) and methyl acetate (MeAt) as raw material and sodium methoxide as catalyst in the reactive distillation column. The effect of reaction time, catalyst amount and reactant molar ratio on PMA conversion were investigated. The result shows that reflux ratio shall be adjusted as follows: total reflux shall be allowed for 0.5h when the top of the tower has a reflux;then tower top material is produced with R=2 for 2 h; 2.5h after the reaction is commenced ,the temperature of the top of the tower is too high, and total reflux is allowed for 0.5h, and the production is continued with R=3 until the reaction finished;Suitable conditions for reaction distillations are as follows: sodium methoxide catalysts account for 0.5% of the total mass of reactants, the MeAc/PM molar ratio is 6:1-7:1, the reaction time is about 5h;under these conditions the conversion of PM material can reach as high as 89%.
