摘　　要：应急反应和处理机制是应急处置机制的重要组成部分。研究城市轨道交通应急反应时的信息管理和发布,提出了建立数据信息中心,确保突发事件信息采集,确保信息在轨道交通企业内部及城市交通指挥中心、供电局等外部相关支持系统间的传递与发布;同时,研究了应急处理机制中突发事件应急预案体系的分类及规范化构建。The response and treatment is an important part of emergency treatment mechanism .Based on the re-sponse mechanism , this paper puts forward setting data information center （ DIC） to collect and deliver information among UMT enterprise and deliver to external enterprises such as the traffic center , the administration of power sup-ply and etc .At the same time , the classification and standardization construction of emergency plan system of emer-gency handling mechanism are studied .
