摘　　要：针对中国北车集团大连机车车辆有限公司生产的HXD3C型电力机车直供电系统在运用过程中出现的问题,结合SS7E、SS8、SS9型电力机车的直供电系统,提出改进建议,从设计上彻底解决问题,避免恶性事故的发生。Countering the problems existing in the process of using in direct power supply system of HXD3 C electric locomotive produced by CNR Group Co.,LTD. and Dalian Locomotive Vehicle Co.,LTD. and combined with the direct power supply system of SS7E、SS8、SS9 electric locomotive,this paper comes up with suggestions for improvement and suggests the design personnel of Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co.,LTD and Wuhan Zhengyuan Railway Electric Co.,LTD.（ the former is Zhengyuan Company） to provide thoroughly solution,avoiding the happening of related malignant accidents.
