摘　　要：目的探讨SR-BI基因的多态性是否影响瑞舒伐他汀降脂的疗效。方法本研究检测了147例高脂血症患者和185例正常血脂患者,c.4G>A,c.726+54C>T和c.1050C>T的单核苷酸多态性,血清脂质和载脂蛋白浓度。高脂血症患者瑞舒伐他汀治疗剂量为10mg/d。于治疗前及开始后第4、8、12周抽血进行血脂指标检查,分析血脂水平的变化情况。结果 SR-BI多态性频率在高脂血症患者组和正常血脂组之间相似(P>0.05)。c.726+54C>T的T等位基因与正常血脂组人群LDL-c浓度升高相关,与高脂血症组患者apoB和apoB/apoA1升高相关(P<0.05)。携带c.1050C等位基因的高脂血症患者(CC和CT基因型)与TT基因型携带者比较,瑞舒伐他汀调脂治疗治疗后,前者总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、apoB、apoB/apoA1比率的变化较小(P<0.05)。结论 SR-BI基因多态性和患者血清脂质浓度相关,c.1050C>T单核苷酸多态性和瑞舒伐他汀调脂治疗反应性相关。Objective SR-BI is a key component in cholesterol metabolism. SR-BI gene polymorphism was related to variations on plasma lipoprotein profile and other risk factors for cardiovascular disease. We tested the relationship between 3 kinds of SR-BI single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） and hypercbolesterolemia in a Chinese population, and to identify whether these variants can influence lipid-lowering response to rosuvastatin. Methods c. 4G〉A, c. 726＋54C 〉T and c. 1050C〉T SNPs and serum concentrations of lipid and apolipoproteins were evaluated in 147 hypercholesterolemic （HC） and 185 normo-lipidemic （NL） unrelated Chinese subjects. HC patients were treated with rosuvastatin （10 mg/day/12 weeks）. Results Frequencies of SR-BI polymorphisms were similar between the HC and NL groups （P〈 0.05）. The allele for c. 726＋54C〉T was associated with higher LDL-c in NL and with higher apoB and apoB/apoAI in- HC （P〈0.05）. HC individuals carrying c. 1050C allele carriers （CC and CT genotypes） had lower change of totalcholesterol, LDL-c, apoB and apoB/apoAI ratio （P〈0.05） than the TT genotype carriers in response to rosuvastatin. Conclusion The SR-BI polymorphisms are related with variations in serum tipids in Chinese population andc. 1050C〉T SNP is associated with lipid-lowering rosuvastatin response.
