摘  要:板式换热器是一种应用广泛的高效换热器,影响板式换热器换热性能的因素很多。采用实验的方法,探讨冷热流体的流动方式、温度以及流量的变化对板式换热器换热性能的影响。结果表明:采取逆流方式换热器的效率优于顺流方式;增加冷热流体进口温差或流量,板式换热器的换热量逐渐增大,换热效率随之提高。The Plate heat exchanger is highly efficient and widely used, and its thermal performance can be influenced by many factors. The authors of this paper have analyzed the influences of the flowing patterns of the cold and hot fluid, the change of the temperature, and the flow rate. The results show that 1 ) the counter-flow heat exchanger has higher efficiency than the parallel-flow one, 2) with the increasing temperature difference between the cold and hot fluid streams or the increasing flow rate, the plate heat exchanger will increase the amount of heat transfer, thus improving its thermal efficiency.
