摘  要:[目的]在陕西农垦牧业发展有限公司奶牛场研究奶牛泌乳天数对产奶量和乳质的影响,从而得到奶牛产奶相关规律,并将信息反馈到牛场,指导和完善牛场管理,以提高奶牛生产性能。[方法]应用DHI技术。[结果]奶牛在整个泌乳期内,产奶量随着泌乳天数的增加呈现出先增加后减少的趋势,在第三个产奶月达到峰值,随后逐渐下降,直至泌乳结束。[结论]奶牛泌乳天数与乳蛋白率呈现显著正相关关系,与尿素氮含量呈极显著负相关关系,与乳脂率、乳糖含量及牛奶体细胞数间无显著相关关系。[Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of lactation days on milk yield and milking characteristics of dairy cow and conclude the related rule about milk performance, which could guide and improve the dairy farm management, thus improving the productive performances of dairy cow. [Method] The DHI techonology was applied in this experiment. [Result] With the increase of days during lactating, the milk yield increased firstly and then decreased during all the lactation periode. The milk yield was up to the peak value in the third month of lactating and decreased progressively in the later stage until the end of lactation. [Conclusion] It had a significant positive correlation between the lactation days and milk protein rate as well as a very significant negative correlation between the lactation days and urea nitrogen content. In addition, the lactation days was no significantly associated to the butterfat rate and milk lactose content and somatic cell count.
