摘　　要：近几年来,随着国民经济的迅速发展和财政分配格局的变化,预算外资金大幅度增长。各职能部门加大管理力度,从各方面加强对预算外资金管理存在的问题、困难进行反复探讨研究积累了一定的经验与做法。Recent years has seen a great growth of extra-budgetary funds due to the rapid development of national economy and the changes of financial distribution structure. To deal with such a situation,relevant departments have reinforced the management over that type of funds from various aspectes,and have accumulated some practical experiences in their solutions to the difficulties and problems in management.
