摘　　要：精准健康扶贫是我国推进健康中国建设的重要内容。本文以肺结核的防治为例,分析贫困肺结核患者的医疗费用负担在按费用补偿的基础上探索按病种实施精准扶贫的可行性,从医保政策的视角为国家实现精准健康扶贫战略提供参考。Accurate health poverty alleviation is an important task of our country to achieve healthy China. This paper takes the prevention and treatment of lung tuberculosis as an example, to analyze the burden of medical expenses in the poor patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and to explore the feasibility of implementing precision poverty alleviation by disease on the basis of cost compensation, hoping from the perspective of medical insurance policy to give advices for achieving accurate health poverty alleviation strategy.
