摘　　要：海洋环境资源价值核算包括海洋生态环境价值估算、海洋矿产资源价值估算、海洋资源与环境损耗价值估算三个维度,每个维度又涉及多个指标,数据的可信程度和累积影响程度将直接影响计算结果的可靠性。在阐述了信度分析和累积影响评价的概念、方法和步骤的基础上,对江苏省海洋环境资源价值核算的信度和累积影响进行了分析,结果表明核算结果具有较高的可信度。Marine environmental resources value calculation includes three dimensions of marine ecological environment value estimation ,marine mineral resources value estimation and marine resources and envi-ronment loss value estimation ,and each dimension involves several multiple indicators .The reliability de-gree of data and cumulative influence will directly affect the reliability of the calculation results .On the ba-sis of elaborating the concept ,methods and steps of cumulative impact assessment and reliability analysis , this paper analyzes the reliability and cumulative effects of marine environmental resource value calculation in Jiangsu province .It show s that the calculation result have higher credibility .
