“西化”是中医科研的致命误区--从“肾的研究”说起

摘　　要：不论是要创造中西医结合的新医学,还是要两种医学进行临床优势互补,都不应该成为中医西化的借口或理由。当中西医结合的高层代表者认识到中医西化"这条路的确走不通了"的时候,亟需要对长期以来中西医结合名义下的中医西化,进行一番实事求是的理性反思。"肾的研究"是中医西化的早期的代表课题之一,该课题在自设跳板,阉割在先,弃中就西,欲西非西,实验不实,假设更假6个方面,存在着课题设立与中西医基础理论相违背,研究思路方法与中西医逻辑原则相脱节,以及实验数据不实、假设理据虚假等问题。在学术管理行政化的大环境下,这一课题研究长期作为中医研究的样板,误导学术,殃其池魚。从大科学观、大医学观的视野里,中医药学,大道不孤。在实现中华民族伟大复兴的时代,以敬畏生命的宗教情怀,坚守中医药学的科学基因,摆脱误导,复兴中医,正是其时。Whether creating new medicine of combination of Chinese and western medicine, or complementing each other＇s advantages, which could not be the excuse or reason of TCM westernization. When leaders of the researchers on combination of Chinese and western medicine realize the way of westernization is not feasible, the practical rational think is needed for long-term westernization. Research on kidney is one of early represent projects, the establishment of this project is against with basic theories of Chinese and western medicines from six aspects, the research thought methods are divorced from logic principle of Chinese and western medicines, and the experiment data and hypothesis reason are not real. Under the situation of administerization of academic management, this project research as the model of TCM research mistakes the academy. From the view of big science and medicine, the way of TCM is not alone. In the period of renaissance of Chinese nation, we should stick to the scientific gene of TCM, break away of misleading and revive TCM by the religious feelings of reverence for life, which is the right time.
