摘　　要：文章拟运用开阖枢理论的"少阳为枢"思想对源于《汤液经法》的《辅行诀五脏用药法要》所载大阴、阳旦汤开展研究,以期对源于《汤液经法》的《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中对应的黄芪建中汤加人参、小柴胡汤加芍药有新的理论认识,更好地指导临床应用。By using the viewpoint of ‘shaoyang pivot＇ from the theory of ‘open-pivot-close＇, this paper intends to analyse the Da Yin and Yang-Dan Decoction recorded in the book originated from Tangye Principle, named Auxiliary Verse on Drugs and Methods for Zangfu Organs. In order to have a new theoretical knowledge and better guide clinical application in Huangqi Jianzhong added Ginseng Decoction and Xiao Chaihu added Peony Decoction in the book named Treatise on Febrile Disease and synopsis of Golden Chamber also originated from the Tangye Principle.
