运用复杂网络分析方法探究国医大师夏桂成教授临证遣药态势

摘　　要：目的:运用复杂网络分析方法探究国医大师夏桂成教授(以下尊称"夏师")临证遣药态势,传承研究夏师宝贵的学术经验。方法:选择2014年6月1日至2015年6月1日"夏桂成教授门诊病历数据库"中符合本研究纳入要求的病历,导入中国中医科学院广安门医院临床科研共享系统数据仓库中,对病历数据进行规范化处理,运用复杂网络分析方法对夏师临证遣药态势进行数据挖掘。结果:夏师行经期临证遣药态势呈现"动静之中,以动为主;升降之中,以降为主"的特点,其"动""降"在于动促转化、活血排经、利湿化浊、因势利导、理气行滞;经后初期临证遣药态势呈现"动静之中,以动为主;升降之中,以降为主"的特点,其"静""降"在于养血滋阴、清肝宁心以恢复阴长,"动"在于调畅肝脾;经后中期临证遣药态势呈现"动静之中,以静为主,静中有动;升降之中,以降为主,降中有升"的特点,其"静""降"在于养血滋阴、清肝宁心以促进阴长,"动""升"在于阳中求阴、动促消长;经后末期临证遣药态势呈现"动静相对,升降并存"的特点,其"静""降"在于养血滋阴、清肝宁心以助阴达重,"动""升"在于阳中求阴、动促转化;经间期临证遣药态势呈现"动静相对,升降并存"的特点,"静""降"在于养血滋阴、清降心火以维持重阴,"动""升"在于阳中求阴、动促转化、活血通络;经前期临证遣药态势呈现"动静之中,静大于动;升降之中,以降为主"的特点,其"动"在于扶助阳长、维持重阳、疏肝理气,"静"在于阴阳并重、清肝宁心、固护胎元,"降"在于清降心肝之火。结论:夏师临证遣药态势,顺应女性月经周期中阴阳血气活动特点,为夏师学术经验的一大特色。Objective： To explore the academic experience of professor XIA Gui-cheng on the situation of clinical drug dispatching and to study professor XIA＇s valuable experience by complex network analysis. Methods： From June 1, 2014 to June 1, 2015, ‘Xia Guicheng Outpatient Medical Record Database＇ in the study of the medical records into the requirements of the introduction of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Guang＇anmen Hospital Clinical Research Sharing System Data Warehouse, the medical records data And the complex network analysis method was used to carry out data mining on the situation of clinical dispatch of clinical medicine in summer division.
