摘　　要：本文具体介绍了中医药防治哮喘具有维持气道上皮细胞完整性和调节肠道稳态的双重作用,从此方面论述了传统中医学"肺与大肠相表里"理论的科学性。同时结合肺与肠道间潜在关系的研究,笔者对中医药防治哮喘的"肺-肠轴"效应机制进行了前瞻性探讨。In this paper, the dual function of TCM in preventing and treating asthma with the maintenance of airway epithelial cell integrity and regulation of intestinal homeostasis are explicitly covered, which reflects the scientific nature of the theory of ‘exterior-interior relationship between the lung and the intestine＇. Meanwhile, based on the theory of ‘lung-gut axis＇, the author makes a prospective study on the mechanism of TCM in preventing and treating asthma.
