摘　　要：文章介绍了尤昭玲教授对不孕病症的中医切入治疗及试孕方案,有独到见解及中医治疗特色。尤师临床上应用西医以求明确诊断、探求不孕病症的本质,如异常的子宫内环境、卵巢其功能异常、输卵管因素等;再以中医辨证论治后拟定出针对性的中医切入治疗点及试孕方案,针对求孕方式不同,如自孕与辅助生殖的不同,予以中医综合疗法治疗,如中医汤剂内服,药膳及耳穴助阵,外敷药物协助治疗,临床疗效显著,值得我们借鉴学习。This paper introduced professor YOU Zhao-ling＇s traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） treatments and pregnancy test plans on infertility. In clinic, professor YOU understands the nature of infertility such as abnormal intrauterine environment, abnormal ovarian function, tubal factors and so on with the help of western medicine diagnosis and treatment technology at first, and then to formulate the TCM treatment plans and pregnancy test plans based on syndrome differentiation. Giving combine treatments in Chinese medicine as decoction, medicated diet, auricular points, topical application of drugs and so on according to the fertilization ways as self-fertility or assisted reproduction, which achieved significant clinical efficacy, and worth our using for reference.
