新安王氏内科论治便秘特色及验案举隅

摘　　要：发源于古徽州的新安医学,始于宋元,盛于明清,流传至今,为中医药学重要地方学术流派。新安医学具有区域优势明显,流派色彩浓厚,学术成就突出,历史影响深远的特点,是中医药学的重要组成部分。"新安王氏医学"流派为新安医学流派重要一支,强调理论创新和临床疗效,注重中医药学术传承与发展。尤其在临床辨治内科杂病方面经验颇为丰富,辨证、施治、遣方、用药多有特色,屡获佳效。文章着重探讨新安王氏内科对于便秘的认识及辨治特色,并举验案几则,以飨同道。Xin＇an medicine originated from ancient Huizhou, which inherited from Song dynasty to now. It is kown as the important regional academic school in traditional Chinese medicine. Xin＇an medicine has characteristics of obvious regional advantage, dense factional colour, prominent academic achievement and far-reaching historical influence. It emphasizes theoretical innovation and clinical efficacy, pays attention to inheritance and developing in TCM as important one of Xin＇an medicine academic school. It has abundant clinical experience in treating internal medicine diseases, and characteristic of syndrome differentiation and treatment and choosing drug, to the extent that frequently obtained good effect. This paper seriously discusses perceiving and cure feature about constipation in WANGs＇ medicine, and enumerating several effective cases in order to discuss.
