从阳明表证看麻黄连翘赤小豆汤的临床运用

摘　　要：针对经方麻黄连翘赤小豆汤在临床各科广泛运用,但研究多停留在临床经验报道及实验药理探讨,缺少从理论高度加以总结提高的现状。文章从六经各具表里的眼光,将其主治定位于阳明之表,卫分风寒与营分湿热相兼之证,进而挖掘该方的组方规律、辨证要点,指导临床运用,并以小儿发热、慢性鼻炎、但头汗出等若干亲身验案加以实际展示及具体印证。Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction is one of classical prescriptions in Shanghan Lun, which was widely used in the clinical departments. Many studies on Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction have been done that included the clinical experiencereports and experimental pharmacological investigation. But, the mechanism underlying effects of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction has not yet been elucidated. Based on the theory that six channels have their own interior and exterior syndrome, we proposed that Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction was able to treat the Yangming exterior syndrome or compatible syndrome of wind-cold in weifen and dampness-heat in yingfen. To provide a better guideline for clinicaldepartments, we explored the principle of this prescription as well as the key points of syndrome differentiation. In the end, several proven cases such as infantilefever, chronic rhinitis and head sweating were illustrated to help further understand.
