摘　　要：总结王孟庸教授治疗小儿肾病综合征的临证经验。王孟庸教授在治疗小儿肾病综合征时,主张分清标本虚实,从肺脾肾三脏论治,强调三焦气化在水液通调、代谢过程中的重要作用。结合小儿体质特点,辨明疾病演变过程中的阴阳偏盛,灵活用药,临床疗效显著。To summarize the clinical experience of professor WANG Meng-yong in the treatment of pediatric nephrotic syndrome. In clinical treatment of pediatric nephrotic syndrome, professor WANG Meng-yong advocates distinguishing manifestations and root causes, deficiency and excess, and treat disease from the lung, spleen and kidney. He emphasizes the important role of the Sanjiao＇s qi transformation in water liquid movement and metabolic processes. According to the physical characteristics of children, professor WANG Meng-yong identifies the disease evolution of yin and yang exuberance, and gives flexible prescription, which has significant clinical effects.
