摘  要:目的:研究HPD-100大孔树脂分离纯化银杏总内酯的工艺。方法:以银杏总内酯的收率和纯度为考察指标,通过动态吸附实验,筛选了大孔吸附树脂分离纯化银杏总内酯的最佳工艺条件。结果:HPD-100树脂对银杏总内酯有良好的吸附和解吸性能,其吸附和解吸银杏总内酯的工艺条件为:上样量52.5mg/g湿树脂,上样浓度3.5mg/m L(p H=4),流速为4BV/h,以4BV 10%的乙醇除杂,10BV的p H=6的50%乙醇4BV/h流速洗脱。结论:HPD-100树脂在所确定的工艺条件下,可较好的富集纯化银杏总内酯。Objective: To investigate the conditions of purifying total lactones of ginkgo from ginkgo biloba(GBE) extract with HPD-100 macroporous adsorption resin. Methods: The yield and purity of total lactones of ginkgo were used as the evaluation criteria. The optimum process of separating and purifying total lactones of ginkgo was screened by dynamic adsorption tests. Results: HPD-100 resin had the best separating efficiency when the maximum adsorbing capacity was 52.5mg/g with the adsorption velocity 4BV/h. The concentration of the extraction sample was 3.5mg/mL(p H=4). 4BV10% ethanol was used to decontaminate, then 50% ethanol(p H=6) was used to elute the total lactones of ginkgo. The eluting volume was 10 BV and the eluting velocity was 4BV/h. Conclusion: The HPD-100 resin can be used to enrich and purify total lactones of ginkgo under the above condition.
