清肺培元微丸治疗艾滋病肺部感染痰热壅肺证的安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:观察清肺培元微丸对艾滋病肺部感染痰热壅肺证患者肝、肾功能的影响。方法:将141例艾滋病肺部感染痰热壅肺证患者随机分为治疗组(94例)和对照组(47例),治疗组在西医治疗基础上加用清肺培元微丸,疗程28d。主要观察两组患者肝功能、肾功能的部分指标,进行统计分析。结果:清肺培元微丸对艾滋病肺部感染痰热壅肺证患者的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、血清谷氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、尿素氮、肌酐均无显著影响,治疗前后及组间比较无统计学差异。结论:清肺培元微丸对艾滋病肺部感染痰热壅肺证患者肝、肾功能无明显影响。Objective： To observe the influence of Qingfei Peiyuan mini-pill on liver and kidney function of HIV/AIDS patients with pulmonary infection of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung. Methods： One hundred and forty-one cases of HIV/AIDS patients with pulmonary infection of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung were randomly divided into treatment group（94 cases） and control group（47 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Qingfei Peiyuan mini-pill on the basis of western medicine for 28 days. The liver function and renal function of two groups were observed, and the statistical analysis was performed. Results： Qingfei Peiyuan mini-pill had no obvious effect on serum alanine aminotransferase, serum glutamic acid transaminase, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, urea nitrogen, and creatinine of HIV/AIDS patients with pulmonary infection of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung, there was no difference between two groups before and after treatmen. Conclusion： Qingfei Peiyuan mini-pill had no obviouseffect on liver and kidney function of HIV/AIDS patients with pulmonary infection of syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.
