腹针辨证选穴治疗子宫内膜异位性疾病痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腹针辨证选穴治疗子宫内膜异位性疾病痛经的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究,将子宫内膜异位性疾病痛经患者100例随机分为研究组50例,对照组50例。分别用腹针辨证选穴法及腹针部位选穴法治疗3个月经周期。观察两组治疗前后VAS评分及痛经症状积分情况,血清CA125水平,并观察不同证型痛经患者的疗效。结果:治疗后研究组较对照组痛经症状积分、VAS评分的分值显著下降(P<0.01),两组患者治疗后CA125水平情况组间比较,差异无统计学意义。两组患者同一证型两组组间比较,寒凝血瘀型组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹针辨证选穴法减轻内异症痛经患者疼痛方面效果优于对照组,其中以寒凝血瘀型患者疗效为优。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of abdominal acupuncture in treating dysmenorrhea of endometriosis. Methods： 100 patients with dysmenorrhea of endometriosis were randomly divided into study group（n=50） and control group（n=50） by randomized controlled study. The acupoints of abdominal acupuncture and acupoints were selected to treat 3 menstrual cycles. The VAS score and dysmenorrhea symptom score and serum CA125 level were observed before and after treatment. The curative effect of dysmenorrhea in different syndromes was observed. Results： Compared with the control group, the scores of dysmenorrhea symptom scores and VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.01）. There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. There was significant difference between the two groups in the same syndromes between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Abdomen acupoints dialectic acupuncture point method is better than abdominal acupuncture control group in relieving dysmenorrhea symptoms of endometriosis, and the analgesic effect of patients with cold blood stasis is better than other syndromes. In order to reduce serum CA125 level, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was quite the same, which indicated that abdominal acupuncture and acupoints selection and acupoints method had better effect in relieving the pain of endometriosis dysmenorrhea patients, among which the patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis had better effect.
