摘 要:目的观察肺癌术后呼吸衰竭患者使用呼吸机辅助通气治疗的综合应用价值。方法选取2013年1月~2016年4月大连市中心医院收治的42例肺癌术后呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,根据呼吸机的应用情况分为两组,每组21例,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用呼吸机辅助通气治疗,检测并比较两组治疗前后不同时间的血气分析指标、肺功能指标、氧代谢指标及肺表面活性蛋白。结果两组患者治疗前血气分析指标、肺功能指标、氧代谢指标及肺表面活性蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组患者治疗后不同时间的血气分析指标、肺功能指标、氧代谢指标及肺表面活性蛋白改善情况均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论肺癌术后呼吸衰竭患者使用呼吸机辅助通气治疗的综合价值较高,对于患者呼吸系统及相关方面的状态改善均有积极作用。Objective To observe the comprehensive application value of ventilator assisted ventilation treatment on the patients with respiratory failure after lung cancer surgery. Methods 42 patients with respiratory failure after lung cancer surgery in Central Hospital of Dalian City from January 2013 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the application situation of respirator, each group had 21 patients.Conventional treatment was used in control group, ventilator assisted ventilation treatment was applied in observation group on the basis of control group. Blood gas analysis indexes, lung function indexes, oxygen metabolism indexes and pulmonary surfactant proteins between two groups before and after treatment at different time were detected and compared. Results The blood gas analysis indexes, lung function indexes, oxygen metabolism indexes and pulmonary surfactant proteins between two groups before treatment were compared, with no statistical differences( P〈0.05). The blood gas analysis indexes, lung function indexes, oxygen metabolism indexes and pulmonary surfactant proteins between two groups at different time after treatment were better than those before treatment, and those of observation group after treatment were better than those of control group, with statistical differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive application value of ventilator assisted ventilation treatment on the patients with respiratory failure after lung cancer surgery is higher, and it has active role for the improvement of respiratory system and related aspects.
