摘　　要：目的探究护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理满意度影响的系统评价。方法全面收集2008年1月~2016年8月公开发表的护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理满意度影响的随机对照试验,评价纳入论文的研究质量,提取资料,采用Revman 5.3软件分析。结果共纳入19项随机对照试验,Meta分析结果显示,术前0.5 h SAS,SDS量表的评分比较,差异有统计学意义。森林图显示,与对照组相比,护理干预组患者护理满意度提高[OR=3.59,95%CI（3.43,5.29）],漏斗图显示分布对称性稍差,纳入研究存在发表偏倚。结论护理干预可显著降低腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的术前焦虑,提高护理满意度,具有一定的积极影响,可以推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing intervention in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy nursing satisfaction evaluation system. Methods All randomized controlled trials, on record, about nursing intervention impacts on patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallbladder excision that published on line from January 2008 to August 2016 were involved in this study. Revman 5.3 software was used to analyze and assesses the quality of involved articles and extracted data. Results 19 randomized controlled trials were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that there was a significant statistical difference between SAS and SDS scales with half an hour before the operation.The forest plot showed that the care satisfactions were improved in nursing intervention group when compared with the control group [OR=3.59, 95% CI（3.43,5.29）.The funnel plot revealed that distribution of symmetry was slightly inferior and biases were existed. Conclusion Nursing intervention can remarkably reduce anxiety preoperatively and improve the degree of nursing satisfaction with patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It has a positive impact and can be popularized application.
