应用型大学实习实训基地建设基础初探--以武汉东湖学院生物技术本科专业为例

摘　　要：了解政府关于区域经济发展的政策导向,对本地区大型企业人才需求的知识结构的调查,是实习实训基地建设的基础。选择与本专业人才培养知识结构密切相关的大型央企、上市公司作为合作伙伴,实时成立校企合作专业指导委员会,充分利用校外实习实训基地开展实习实训课程。从配合企业选拔人才的实处入手,开展实习实训基地建设。积累校外实习实训基地的经验,补上应用型大学人才培养的短板,为经济建设输送合格的专业人才。There are two factors consisting the foundation of practical training base construction： the understanding of government＇s policy guidance of the regional economic development and the survey of the knowledge structure of large regional enterprises demand. It is necessary to choose large state-owned enterprises and listed company as partners that closely related to the knowledge structure of talent cultivation.Furthermore,it is important to establish Real-time university-enterprise cooperation professional guidance committee and launch practice course by fully utilizing off-school practical training base. Then,it will be helpful to select talents in coordination with enterprises to implement practical training bases construction so as to accumulate the related experience,make up for talent cultivation of all the applied university and provide qualified professionals to economic development.
