小柴胡汤治疗缺血性中风30例

摘　　要：目的:观察小柴胡汤治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组给予改善脑微循环、抗血小板及对症处理,观察组在对照组治疗基础上配合小柴胡汤加味。观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及生活活动能力评分。结果:治疗前观察组及对照组神经功能缺损程度评分为(7.25±2.61)分、(7.20±2.41)分,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后分别为(4.12±2.97)分、(5.62±2.93)分,治疗后低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<.01)。观察组有效率为83.3%,对照组有效率为66.7%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:小柴胡汤治疗缺血性中风疗效显著。Objective：To nbserve the clinical curative effect of Minor Bupleurum Decoction oo acute ischemic stroke. Methods：Sixty patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the ennlrol group and the observation grnup, with 30 eases in each group. The ones in the control group were given such h＇ealuleol as improving cerebral mieroeirculation, anti platelet and symptomatic treatment,while the ones in the observalion group were added Supplemented Minor Bupleurum Decoction based on the treatment of the eontrol group. Then the clinical curative effects,nerve function detect scores and life activity ahility scores before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed. Resnhs ： Before the treatment,the nerve function defect scores of the observation group and the control group were （ 7.25 ±2.61 ） and （ 7.20 ±2.41 ）respeetively, and the difference between them had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After the treatment, they were （4.12 ± 2.97 ） and （ 5.62 ± 2.93 ） respectively, which were lower than those before the treatment ;And the observation group was lower than the control group;And all the differences between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The effective rate of the observation group was 83.3% , while that of the control group was 66.7% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Minor Bupleurum Decoclion tion,s a remarkable clinical curative effect on acute ischemic stroke.
