浅析张景岳的阴阳思想

摘　　要：张景岳作为我国明代的医学大家,对阴阳的理解和认识有其独特之处,在继承了前人的阴阳观的基础上,对于阴阳一体,一分为二论述更加详细,阴阳变化,从一而生,互根互用,并提出了"阳非有余,阴常不足"的学术理论。张景岳将阴阳理论运用于临床,为临床上重视真阴为本,补肾中运用育阴以涵阳及扶阳以配阴等治疗大法提供了重要的理论依据,并创左归丸、左归饮、右归丸、右归饮等补肾良方,对中医理论及临床的发展都有极大的贡献。As a famous doctor of the Ming Dynasty,Zhang Jing-yue had his unique understanding of yin and yang. On the basis of inheriting the previous concept of yin and yang, he had a more detailed statement of unity of yin and yang,and the idea of one dividing into two：changes of yin and yang begin from one,and interdependence and mutual use between yin and yang. He also put forward the following academic theory：＂ Yang is not enough;Yin is often insufficient. ＂ Zhaug Jing-yue applied the yin-yang theory into the clinical practiee,which provides important theoretical basis for stone therapies such as emphasizing kidney yin,not, rishing yin to support yang,nourish yang to support yin,ete. He also created Kidney Yin-Strengthening Bolus, Kidney Yin-Strengthening Decoction,Kidney Yang-Strengthening Bolus, Kidney Yang-Strengthening Decoction, ect. And had great contribution to the development of TCM theory and clinical 1 practice.
