针灸联合功能训练对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸联合功能训练对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取2013年3月—2014年3月滨州市中医医院收治的脑卒中患者118例,按照随机数字表法将患者分成A组和B组,每组59例。A组患者给予功能训练和常规对症治疗,B组在A组治疗的基础上给予针灸治疗。结果:B组治疗后生存质量评分(90.66±3.31)分,A组生存质量评分(81.06±2.57)分,B组优于A组(t=7.67,P<0.05)。B组患者治疗后生理评分、心理评分、环境评分、社会评分分别为(24.85±3.00)分、(19.97±2.05)分、(29.87±1.85)分和(11.32±2.58)分,A组治疗后生理评分、心理评分、环境评分、社会评分分别为(19.06±2.21)分、(17.44±1.98)分、(23.44±1.51)分和(9.05±2.12)分,B组优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合功能训练可有效改善脑卒中患者的生存质量。Objective：To observe the influence of acupuncture in combination with function training on quality of life of patients with stroke. Methods：One hundred and eight patients with stroke who were treated in Binzhou City TCM Hospital between March of 2013 and March of 2014 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into A group and B group,with 59 cases in each group. The ones in A group were given function training and routine symptomatic treatment ,while the ones in B group were added acupuncture based on the treatment of A group. Results：After the treatment, the life quality score of B group was （90.66 ± 3.31 ）, while that of A group was （81.06 ± 2.57 ） ;B group was better than A group（ t = 7.67, P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the physiological score, the psychological score, the environmental score and the social score of B group were （ 24.85 ±3.00 ） , （ 19.97 ± 2.05 ）, （ 29.87± 1.85 ） and （ 11.32 ± 2.58 ） respectively, while those of A group were （ 19.06± 2, 21 ）, （ 17.44± 1.98 ）, （ 23.44 ± 1.51 ） and （9.05 ± 2.12 ） respectively; B group was better than A group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture in combination with function training can greatly improve quality of life of patients with stroke.
