补肾活血汤治疗急性脑梗死30例

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾活血汤对急性脑梗死患者血小板聚集率的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组予常规疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上予补肾活血汤。观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能积分、血小板聚集率的变化情况,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为66.7%,治疗组有效率为93.3%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损积分较治疗前减少,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血小板聚集率较治疗前下降,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,且有抗血小板聚集的作用。Objective ：To observe the influence of Kidney-Invigorating and Blood-Activating Decoction on platelet aggregation rate of patients with acute cerebral itffarction. Methods：Sixty patients with acute cerebral ilffarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment, while the ones in the treatment group were added Kidney-Invigorating and Blood-Activating Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ changes of nerve function scores and platelet aggregation rate before and after the treatment were observed;And their clinical curative effects were compared. Results：The effective rate of the control group was 66. 7%, while that of the treatment group was 93.3% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ nerve function defect scores reduced, and the treatment group was lower than the control group;And all the differences between them had significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ platelet aggregation rate decreased, and the treatment group was better than the control group;And all the differences between them had significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Kidney-Invigorating and Blood-Activating Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on patients with acute cerebral infarction, and the role of anti platelet aggregation.
