蠲痹汤熏洗配合艾灸足三里治疗奥沙利铂所致外周神经毒性35例

摘　　要：目的:观察蠲痹汤熏洗配合艾灸足三里治疗奥沙利铂所致外周神经毒性的临床疗效。方法:将70例接受奥沙利铂方案化疗并出现外周神经毒性的患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组给予弥可保口服治疗,研究组给予蠲痹汤熏洗配合艾灸足三里治疗。观察两组患者外周神经毒性缓解情况及血黏度、正中神经、腓神经传导速度变化。结果:研究组改善率为91.4%,对照组改善率为54.3%,两组患者改善率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后全血黏度改善情况均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后腓神经及正中神经的感觉传导速度均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蠲痹汤熏洗配合艾灸足三里治疗奥沙利铂所致外周神经毒性疗效满意。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Juanbi Decoction （JBD） for fumigation in combination with Zusanli （ ST 36 ） moxibustion on peripheral neuropathy due to oxaliplatin. Methods ： Seventy patients peripheral neuropathy due to oxaliplatin for chemotherapy were randomly divided into the research group and the control group .with 35 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Methvcobal for oral administration, while the ones ill the research group were given JBD for fumi- gation in combination with Zusanli （ST 36 ） moxibustion. Then the two groups＇ peripheral nerve toxicity relief situations, blood viscosity, conduction velocity changes of the median nerve and nerve of the fibula were observed. Resuhs ：The improvement rate of research group was 91.4% . while that of control group was 54.3% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ blood wscosity improvements were better than before treatment ; The research group was better than the control group：And all the differences between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment ,the two groups＇ conduction velocity changes of the median nerve and nerve of the fibula were better than before treatment ;The research group was better than the control group;And all the differences between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：JBD for fumigation in combination with Zusanli （ST 36 ） moxibustion has a satisying clinical curative effect on peripheral neuropathy due to oxaliplatin.
