滋阴潜阳、熄风止搐法治疗儿童抽动症36例

摘　　要：目的:观察滋阴潜阳、熄风止搐法治疗儿童抽动症的临床疗效。方法:将56例患儿随机分为对照组20例和治疗组36例。对照组采用盐酸硫必利口服,治疗组以滋阴潜阳、熄风止搐为治疗大法,采用中药治疗。观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为83.33%,对照组有效率为55.00%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴潜阳、熄风止搐法治疗儿童抽动症疗效确切。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of nourishing yin and suppressing yang in combination with calming wind and relieving spasm on children＇s jerkness. Melhods ：Fifty-six children with jerkness were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 20 and 36 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine tiapride hydrochloride for oral administration ,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with nourishing yin anti suppressing yang in combination with calming wind and relieving spasm by using Chinese herbs. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects were observed. Resuhs：The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%, while that of the control gToup was 55.00% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Method of nourishing yin and suppressing yang in combination with calming wind and relieving spasm by using Chinese herbs has a remarkable clinical curative effect on children＇s jerkness.
