改良督灸法治疗脾肾两虚型原发性膜性肾病38例

摘　　要：目的:观察改良督灸法治疗脾肾两虚型原发性膜性肾病的临床疗效。方法:将76例脾肾两虚型原发性膜性肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组予降血压、利尿、抗凝、激素、环磷酰胺等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用改良督灸法治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后中医症状积分、24小时尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白、血胆固醇等各项指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为78.95%,对照组有效率为65.79%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医症状积分、24小时尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白均较治疗前改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良督灸法治疗脾肾两虚型膜性肾病疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of modified govern vessel moxibustion on idiopathic membranous nephropathy of spleen and kidney deficiency. Methods ： Seventy-six patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy of spleen and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment such as lowering blood pressure, promoting urination, anticoagulation, using hormone and cyclophosphamide.etc. ,while the ones in the treatment group were added modified govern vessel moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects, TCM symptom scores betore and after the treatment, 24-hour urinary, protein contents, serum albumin, blood cholesterol and other indicators of changes were observed. Results ：The ef- fective rate of the treatment group was 78.95%. while that of the control group was 65.79% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ TCM symptom scores. 24-hour urinary protein con- tents,serum albumin were all improved;The treatment group was better than the control group（P 〈0.05） ;And all the differences between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Modified govern vessel moxibustion has a remarkable clinical curative effect on idiopathic membranous nephropathy of spleen and kidney deficiency.
