蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合左氧氟沙星眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎42例

摘　　要：目的:观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合左氧氟沙星眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年1月在本院门诊就诊的细菌性角膜炎患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。治疗组给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合左氧氟沙星眼液治疗,对照组给予左氧氟沙星眼液治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为95.23%,对照组有效率为90.47%,两组比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗组治愈率为92.86%,对照组治愈率为85.71%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治愈时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合左氧氟沙星眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎疗效确切,治愈时间短。Objective：To observe the clinical curative eftect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid in combination with levofloxacin eyedrops on bacterial keratitis. Methods： Eighty-four patients who were treated in our hospital between Jan. of 2012 and Jan. of 201 were chosen as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 42 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given levofloxacin eye drops, while the ones in the treatment group were added Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid based on the treatment of the control group. Resuhs：The effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 23% ,while that of the control group was 90, 47% ;And the difference between them had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The cure rate of the treatment group was 92.86% ,while that of the control group was 85.71% ： And the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cure. time of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid in combination with levofloxacin eyedrops has a remarkable clinical curative effect with short cure time on bacterial keratitis.
