益气养血法治疗眼病

摘　　要：凡眼病见少气懒言、身倦乏力、头晕目眩、面色淡白无华、劳累后加重或心悸、失眠、多梦,舌淡苔白,脉细弱等气血不足的表现,均可以益气养血法治疗,所谓"有是证,用是药"。益气养血法用药大多以补益药为主,略显滋腻,可适当加入枳壳、陈皮、佛手等行气健脾之品。还应注意余邪未尽时不宜应用,若虚实夹杂者,宜攻补兼施以免留邪。Method of nourishing qi and blood is used to treat all kinds of eye diseases due to deficient qi and blood, which embodies the academic thought of TCM treating different diseases with the same therapy. In clinical practice, etiology, pathogen and syndrome rules should be grasped in order to make correct diagnosis. It is necessary to treat based on syndrome differentiation. For any syndrome of deficient qi and blood marked by lack of desire to speak,fatigue, dizziness ,pale and lusterless complexion, or palpitation,insomnia,being dreamy, pale tongue with whitish fur, thin and weak pulse, method of nourishing qi and blood can be used. The herbs are mainly the ones with tonifying functions and being a little greasy. Zhiqiao （ Fructus Aurantii） ,Chenpi （ Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae） and Foshou （Fructus Cirri Sarcodactylis） may be properly added to activate qi and strengthen the spleen. If the residual pathogens are not completely removed, the method should not be used ; If deficiency and excess are intermin- gled together, simuhaneous application of purging - tonitying therapy should be adopted to remove the residual pathogens.
