中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选择82例排卵障碍性不孕症患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组各41例。对照组给予枸橼酸盐氯米芬治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用补肾化瘀方治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)及雌二醇(estradiol,E2)的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后E2及LH水平优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度显著高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为78.0%,观察组有效率为95.1%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排卵率及妊娠率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者疗效显著,可有效改善患者症状,促进排卵,提高妊娠率。Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine on anovulatory infertility. Methods ：Eighty-two patients with anovulatory infertility were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 eases in each group. The ones in the control group were given clomiphene citrate for treatment, while the ones in the observation group were added Bushen Huayu 1）ecoction （ BSHYD ） based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects, changes of endometrial thickness.luteinizing hormone （LH） , follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH3 and estradiol （ E2 ）betore and after the treatment were observed. Results：After the treatment .the two groups＇ E2 and LH levels were better than those before the treatment： And the observation group was better than the control group;And the differences between them had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）. After the treatment,the two groups＇ endometrial thickness was obviously higher than that before the treatment; And the observation group was better than the control group ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rate of the control group was 78.0% , while that of the observation group was 95.1% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of observation group were better than those of the eontrol group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on anovulatory infertility ,can greatly improve the patients＇ symptoms, promote ovulation ,and improve pregnancy rate.
