少腹逐瘀颗粒与益母草分散片治疗气血瘀滞型痛经临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察少腹逐瘀颗粒与益母草分散片治疗气血瘀滞型痛经的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年4月—2014年4月本院门诊治疗的瘀血阻络型痛经患者100例,随机分为少腹逐瘀组和益母草组,每组50例。少腹逐瘀组给予少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗,益母草组给予益母草分散片治疗。结果:少腹逐瘀组有效率92%,益母草组有效率84%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);少腹逐瘀组治疗后痛经症状评分优于益母草组(P<0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀颗粒与益母草分散片治疗气血瘀滞型痛经疗效显著,可以明显减轻患者症状,且少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗气血瘀滞型痛经的疗效更加确切。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Particles （LASEP） in combination with motherwort dispersible tablets （MDT） on dysmenorrhea of qi and blood stasis type. Methods ： One hundred patients with dysmenorrhea of qi and blood stasis type who were treated in our hospital between April of 2012 and April of 2014 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the LASEP group and the MDT group,with 50 cases in each group. The ones m the LASEP group were given Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Particles for treatment ,while the ones in the MDT group were given motherwort dispersible tablets Results： The effective rate of the LASEP group was 92%, while that of the MDT group was 84% ：And the difference between them had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the dysmenorrheal symptom score of the LASEP group was better than-that of the MDT group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Particles in combination with mother, vort dispersible tablets has a remarkable clinical curative effect on dysmenorrhea of qi and blood stasis type, can obviously reduce the patients＇symptoms. What＇s more, Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Particles has more accurate clinical curative effect.
