摘　　要：目的:探讨腰腹并治法对腰椎间盘突出症患者血清β-内啡肽(β-EP)的影响。方法:用腰腹并治法对60例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行治疗,观察治疗前后患者血清β-内啡肽(β-endorphine,β-EP)的变化情况。结果:所有患者血清β-EP水平在治疗后明显上升,且与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:腰腹并治法可以提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的β-EP水平。Objective ：To explore the influence of method of treating both waist and abdomen on serum β-endorphine （β-EP） of patients with lumbert interverbral disc prolapse（LIDP）. Methods：Sixty patients with LIDP were treated by using method of treating both waist and abdomen, Then the change of serumβ-EP before and after the treatment were observed. Results ： Alter the treatment, the patients＇ serumβ-EP level significantly increased, and the difference between before and after the treatment had statisti- cal significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Method of treating both waist and abdomen can improve the serumβ-EP level of patients with LIDP.
