摘  要:‘京葫36’是我国北方日光温室越冬栽培的重要品种之一,但该品种易徒长、易患白粉病。笔者研究了在日光温室越冬西葫芦生产中,不同浓度的E,R(-)-烯唑醇(简称烯唑醇)对控制‘京葫36’前期徒长和中后期白粉病危害的效果,并确定了最佳使用浓度。试验结果表明,随着烯唑醇处理浓度的增加,控制徒长效果不断增强,但均未超过75 mg·kg^(-1)多效唑的对照处理。从全生育期来看,90 mg·kg^(-1)的烯唑醇处理对控制植株高度、提高结瓜数量、提高单株产量效果最好,而对照处理75 mg·kg^(-1)多效唑显著抑制了西葫芦的生长和产量。烯唑醇各处理防治‘京葫36’白粉病的效果均优于对照处理150 mg·kg^(-1)三唑酮,其中,90、120 mg·kg^(-1)烯唑醇处理防治效果最好,90 mg·kg^(-1)烯唑醇处理单株产量最高。' Jinghu36 ' was one of the important varieties in greenhouse production in winter in North China. Effect of E,R(-)-diniconazole (hereinafter referred to as diniconazole) on controlling excessive growth in early growth period and powdery mildew in middle and later growth period for this variety in greenhouse and the best concentration has been studied in this research. The results showed that with the increase of the concentration, the effect of the four diniconazole reatments to control tended to rise, but none surpassed the treatment of 75 mg. kg-1 paclobtrazol treatment. For plant height, fruit number and yield, the treatment of 90 mg·kg^-1 diniconazole was the best concentration, otherwise, the treatment of 75 mg·kg^-1 paclobtrazol treatment significantly depressed the plant growth that resulted lowest yield. Each diniconazole treatment showed better effect than the treatment of 150 mg·kg^-1 triadimefon treatment and the 90 mg·kg^-1 diniconazole treatment was the best for curative effect and yield.
