摘 要:通过建立骨料在料浆中的力学模型,确定粗骨料充填料浆具备良好抗离析性能的条件式M.运用三因素三水平正交实验研究料浆饱和率为101.5%~105.3%时M值和离析率的取值范围:以M=6作为料浆屈服应力在(200±25)Pa时的判定临界值,可得相同条件下满足饱和率要求的料浆M值范围为2.3~4.2,从而得到适合工程应用、具备较好抗离析性能的料浆离析率为11.6%~17.8%.采用某矿固体物料按照现场参数充填料浆,对实验结果进行实例验证.结果表明:实例M值和离析率范围与理论范围吻合良好.离析率预测值与测量值相比,误差分别为4.24%,1.09%,0.67%.Based on a mechanical model for studying the coarse aggregate in filling slurry, the segregation resistance formula M of coarse aggregate filling slurry was received. The three-factor and three-level orthogonal design scheme was used to study the range of M value and segregation rate at the saturation ratio of 101.5% to 105.3%. The M value of 6 is defined as a criti- cal index at the yield stress of (200±25) Pa. Under the same conditions, M value in the range of 2.3 to 4.2 which meets the requirements of saturation can be obtained. Based on the results, segregation rate of slurry for industrial application and with good segregation resistance can be derived to range from 11.6% to 17.8%. Solid materials from a certain mine, prepared in accordance within-situfilling slurry parameters, were used to testify the experiment results. The results show that the range of actual M value and segregation rate are in good agreement with theoretical ranges. Compared with the measured values, predicted segregation rate has a discrepancy of 4.24%, 1.09% and 0.67%, respectively.
