摘　　要：当前,我国检验医师队伍建设尚处于初步阶段,与欧美国家相比,中国检验医师队伍以初中级检验医师为主,高级检验医师人才尚稀缺。在检验医师培养和梯队建设中,明确检验医师岗位职责是至关重要的前提。本文通过详述检验流程中的各环节,探讨检验医师如何履行自己的岗位职责,如何充分运用检验和临床双重知识,帮助和参与临床解决试验结果对疾病诊疗的正确与合理应用问题。At present, construction of laboratory physician team in China is still at the primary stage. Compared with European and American countries, the laboratory physician team in our county is mainly junior and secondary titles based, and shortage of senior laboratory physician is very much a live issue in China. Clear job responsibility is an important prerequisite for laboratory physician training and team building. This paper discussed how the laboratory physicians fulfilled their responsibilities and eventually to help solve clinical problems with their laboratory and clinic knowledge.
