摘　　要：在"互联网+"时代背景下,随着国家卫生政策、医疗需求和市场动态变化,我们认为未来第三方(或称独立)医学实验室主要通过跨界融合形成更为广泛的检验平台,而实现战略规模的扩大。在此,对独立医学实验室在"互联网+"时代下进行的商对客电子商务模式(business to customer,B2C)业务拓展、提供生物医药冷链物流全新服务、打造产业链集群发展平台三方面创新实践进行分析探讨,以将独立医学实验室建成上下结合,积极拓展产业链条;虚实结合,深挖大数据服务于临床;内外结合,建成具有国际化检验医学运营能力的卫生医疗服务产业集团。We believe that the independent clinical laboratory will change be to a more extensive platform in order to achieve strategical scale expansion under the ＂internet ＋＂age in which the dynamic change shappenin the national health policy, the medical demand and the medical market. Here we discuss the independent clinical laboratories＇ innovation practice incustomer e-commerce business. Pharmaceutical cold chain logistics service and the development of industry chain. Our goal is to make the independent clinical laboratories be an international industrial group with combination of top to bottom, internal to external, virtual to actualand to actively expand the industrial chain by digging mass data.
