摘 要:本试验旨在研究25-OH-D3单独添加及其与维生素D3同时添加对0-42日龄肉鸡生产性能、养分利用及肉品质的影响。选用健康商品代艾维茵(Avian)肉仔鸡(公雏)进行,采用双因子随机区组设计,以Hy·D与VD3不同水平组合处理为6个试验组,每组四个重复,每个重复0-21日龄10只,0-21日龄8只。记录初生重、21日龄体重、42日龄体重,计算各阶段增重、日增重,测定投料量、余料量,计算日耗料量、料重比;在12-14日龄采用全收粪尿法进行代谢试验,计算养分利用率;在42日龄时进行屠宰试验,测定生长性能、屠宰性能及重要内脏器官的重量和发育情况。结果表明:添加Hy·D(25-OH-D3)69μg/kg+VD32760IU/kg组极显著影响肉仔鸡生产性能和养分利用。结果提示肉仔鸡日粮添加Hy·D(25-OH-D3)34.5μg/kg+VD31380 IU/kg为最好,且两者有协同效应。Hy·D(25-OH-D3)69μg/kg+VD32760 IU/kg是艾维茵肉仔鸡0-21d饲粮添加的分界点。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 and vitamin D3 alone and interaction between 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 and vitaminD3on growth performance and nutrient utilization of Avian broilers from 0 to 42 days of age.Two-factor randomized block design with health commodities on behalf of Avian male chicks was used in this study.Avian broilers were randomly assigned to six treatments with 4replicates by different levels of combination treatment of Hy o D and VD3,each replicate with 10 broilers from 0to 21 days of age and 8broilers from 22 to 42 days of age.Birth weight,body weight at 21 and 42days of age were recorded,and then calculated the weight gain of various stages and average daily gain.Determination of feed intake and calculation of average daily feed intake and feed/gain ratio were also carried out.The metabolic tests by using fully compensated manure method from 12 to 14 days of age were carried out to calculate the nutrient utilization.A slaughter trial was performed in 42 days of age meanwhile the growth performance,slaughter performance and weight of the internal organs and the development situation were also determined.The results showed as follows:The group of Hy o D(25-OH-D3)69μg/kg+ VD3 2 760 IU/kg had significant effects on broiler performance and nutrient utilization(P〈0.01).The results indicated that broiler diet supplemented with Hy o D(25-OH-D3)34.5μg/kg+ VD3 1 380 IU/kg showed better effects on growth performance,and they have synergistic effect between them;the additions of Hy o D(25-OH-D3)69μg/kg and VD32 760 IU/kg is cut-off point from 0 to 21 days of age.
