区域经济核心—边缘结构多尺度演化机制分析——以河南省为例

摘　　要：随着郑汴一体化、郑洛工业走廊等中原城市群战略的实施,河南省区域经济发展的不平衡性呈现扩大趋势。运用核心—边缘结构多尺度演化分析框架和空间分析、泰尔指数、多层次回归模型等方法,从县、市和区尺度,研究了1999—2014年河南省经济差异的演化过程与机制。研究发现:1河南省经济空间结构由多核心—边缘嵌套结构逐步演化为单核心—边缘结构。2区域经济差异程度与地理尺度密切相关,尺度越小经济差异越大;不同空间尺度上,区域内部差异和区域之间差异对总差异的贡献程度不同。3河南省经济差异对核心—边缘结构和时间较为敏感;分权化、市场化和区域发展战略是河南经济不平衡发展的主要驱动力,城乡差异的存在亦不可忽视。With the implementation of central plains＇ urban agglomeration strategies such as Zhengzhou- Kaifeng Integration, Zhengzhou- Luoyang Industrial Corridor, Henan＇s regional development imbalance shows an expanding trend. In the analysis framework of multi-scale evolutionary mechanisms on core-periphery structure, using the methods of Spatial Analysis, Theil Index and Multilevel Regression Model, this article analyzes the spatial-temporal dynamics and mechanisms of economic disparities in Henan since 1999 to 2012 from the dimension of county, municipal and economic zone. The study finds that Henan economic spatial structure of multi- cores and periphery nested structure gradually evolves into single core- periphery structure. Regional economic disparity is sensitive to the geographical scales. The disparity is more prominent at finer spatial scales. Meanwhile, contributions to the overall variances of intra-regional and inter-regional disparities are different. The result of multi-level regression analysis shows that regional imparity in Henan Province is more sensitive to core- periphery structure and time. Decentralization, marketization and regional development strategies are the main reasons for the regional economic disparity of Henan, and the difference between urban and rural areas is also an important aspect of disparity which cannot be ignored.
