燕山山地天然次生林抚育经济成本核算

摘　　要：该文对燕山山地天然次生林中幼龄林抚育生产成本与收益进行了统计核算。在株数采伐强度35%的条件下,直接生产成本主要由油锯采伐、林地清理和人工集材用工构成,单位面积抚育成本3561.20元/hm2;间接生产成本349.93元/hm2,主要由施工道路整修和施工人员吃住费用构成;抚育可获取收益2385元/hm2,由中央财政补贴和木材销售收入构成。核算结果显示:天然次生林中幼龄林抚育项目实际需要投入1526元/hm2,生产单位存在较大经济压力。Natural secondary forest is the main forest type in Yanshan-mountain. The middle and young forest tending are the important components of forestry production. The economic cost accounting is studied in this paper. The direct manufacturing costs come from the production process of cutting with chain saw, ground cleaning and skidding. which in the 35% tree number cutting intensity. The economic costs are 3561.20RMB/hm2. The indirect costs are 349.93RMB/hm2, which come from the road building and the life of constructors. The income come from wood earning and fiscal subsidies, which are 2385RMB/hm2. The result indicated that the cost of production is more than the income. It should be increasing the fiscal subsidies.
