摘　　要：连锁超市配送中心供应过程中的管理非常重要,输入输出的速度决定商品的周转速度,影响着集约化的程度。文章对连锁超市的配送中心的分拣作业需求进行分析,寻找现有的配送中心存在的问题,为了使连锁超市在流通过程中增加商品的周转速度,运用EIQ分析法对连锁超市配送中心的发展提出改进策略。In distribution center of chain supermarket supply process management, the speed of input and output decided the turnover rate of the goods, which impacts the degree of intensive. This paper analyses distribution center of chain supermarkets, the sorting operation demand, to find the existing problem of distribution center, in the development of chain enterprises distribution center should have the function, making in the circulation process increases the turnover rate of the goods, using of EIQ analysis method, it is proposed to improve the development of chain supermarket distribution center.
