“一带一路”背景下果蔬农产品物流产业化的现实条件及困境——基于云南部分州市的走访调研

摘　　要：云南兼具边疆地区、山地地形、高原气候之特性,加之受信息相对封闭、市场发育不充分、传统力量相对强大等影响,可能会给果蔬农产品物流产业化升级带来一些困境和挑战。在走访云南部分州市的基础上,总结相关文献,笔者发现,云南果蔬农产品物流基础硬件设施、设备落后,物流作业过程中损耗率过高,物流人才匮乏,物流增值能力低以及物流信息化水平低等现实条件。果蔬农产品物流对于农业现代化、产业化具有极其重要的意义,是云南快速融入国家"一带一路"战略的重要举措。云南要从以上困境和现实条件着手,加快融入"一带一路"战略的步伐,促进云南农村经济社会的持续发展,使农产品物流不再拖"三农问题"的后腿。Yunnan has the characteristics of border areas,mountain terrain and the plateau climate, combined with the information closed, market development is insufficient, the traditional power relatively strong. These factors may bring some difficulties and challenges to the fruits and vegetables logistics industrialization. Visited some cities and summarized the relevant literature we found realistic conditions of the fruits and vegetables logistics of agricultural in Yunnan： the lags behind logistics infrastructure hardware and equipment, the high rate logistics operation attrition, the lack of logistics personnel, the low logistics value-added ability, the low level of logistics information, and so on. Fruits and vegetables logistics has extremely important significance for agricultural modernization and industrialization. It is also the important measures integrated into the national strategy of＂ the Belt and Road＂rapidly for Yunnan. So, Yunnan should speed up the pace into＂the B R＂strategy from the realistic conditions. Promoting the sustainable development of rural economy and make agricultural products logistics be no longer pulling＂the problems about agriculture＂.
