摘　　要：在"一带一路"及草原丝绸之路战略背景下,物流业发展显得尤为重要,内蒙古区域物流开发模式选择是必然的。文章运用层次分析法(AHP),对内蒙古区域物流开发的影响因素进行指标体系的构建,通过调查问卷的收集与处理,计算出影响因素的权重值,进而提出内蒙古区域物流开发模式的战略构想。In the background of＂The Belt and Road＂and the prairie silk road strategy, the development of the logistics industry is particularly important, the choice of Inner Mongolia regional logistics development mode is inevitable. Analytic hierarchy analysis method（AHP）, the influence factors of Inner Mongolia regional logistics development to construct the index system, through the collection and processing of the questionnaire survey, to calculate the weights of influencing factors, and puts forward the strategic conception of Inner Mongolia regional logistics development mode.
