摘　　要：农产品物流企业如何依托农产品资源走出其瓶颈,促进农产品物流发展从而带动当地农业经济的飞跃。结合本地农产品优势对物流企业的现状进行SWOT分析,制定战略,提出基于供应链集成化管理的几点意见和建议。How to rely on agricultural product resources to get out of the bottleneck of agricultural products logistics enterprises, promote the development of agricultural products logistics and promote the local agricultural economy. Combining with the advantages of local agricultural products, the present situation of logistics enterprises is analyzed, and the strategies are formulated, and some suggestions are put forward based on the integrated management of supply chain.
