Objective To understand the status of the influence of occupational hazards on the auxiliary workers in the factories. Methods According to the occupational health standards, the pure tone hearing of the auxiliary workers and the production workers in a factory was detected, and the occupational exposure level of noise of the auxiliary workers was mwasured. Results The rate of suffering pure tone hearing loss of the auxiliary workers was higher than that of the production workers, and the difference was significant( P〈0. 000).There were eleven auxiliary workers suffering pure tone hearing loss in the year 2013,which was higher than that in the year 2011 and the difference was significant( P = 0. 035). The result of measuring the auxiliary workers' personal noise exposure individually with dosimeters showed that 100% of the 10 personal data were work exposed to noise, and 50% were beyond the relating criteria. Conclusion Our research showed that the influence of occupational hazards on auxiliary workers couldn't be ignored. For inadequate supervision or guidance of factories, the influence of occupational hazards on auxiliary workers might be underestimated than production workers.
