摘　　要：目的通过对四川省自贡市2008-2013年HIV/AIDS感染者数据进行分析,为艾滋病防治策略提供依据。方法对2008-2013年自贡市HIV/AIDS报告疫情数据和艾滋病网络实验室及各哨点监测人群检测数据进行分析。结果2008至2013年12月累计报告艾滋病感染者1301例,占感染总人数的71.7%（1 301/1 813）,年龄段以25~50岁为主,男女比例2.84∶1,艾滋病感染者呈快速上升趋势;2008年至2013年经性传播感染艾滋病人数1 066人,占总感染数81.9%（1 066/1 301）,自贡市HIV感染途经已由静脉传播转为以性传播为主;其中50岁以上感染人群占当年阳性百分比由2008年的4.0%上升至2013年的41.7%增长趋势明显。妇保院、综合医院检测量逐年增加,2008年至2013年全市各综合医院,妇保院检出阳性数占总阳性数的48.3%。结论自贡市HIV感染已进入快速增长阶段,应加强对中老年人艾滋病防治知识教育,控制传染源无序流动。Objective To analyze data of HIV / AIDS infected people in Zigong from 2008 to 2013 and provide reference for AIDS prevention and control policy making. Methods Data about reported HIV / AIDS epidemics and test data of monitored populations in laboratories and sentinel sites in the AIDS network in Zigong from20018 to 2013 were analyzed. Results During the period from 2008 to December 2013,HIV infection was reported in a total of 1 301 people,accounting for 71. 7%（ 1 301 /1 831） of the total infected population. The infected people were mainly aged between 25 and 50 years; the male / female ratio was 2. 84∶ 1; the number of HIV- infected people demonstrated a rapid increase. During the period,1 066 people were infected by sexually transmitted HIV,accounting for 81. 9%（ 1 066 /1 301）. The principal route of HIV transmission has turned from intravenous transmission into sexual transmission. The proportion of infected people aged above 50 years in the total number of HIV- positive people increased from 4. 0% in 2008 to 41. 7% in 2013; namely,a marked increasing trend was found. The number of detected samples in women care centers and general hospitals increased yearly; over 2008 to 2013,HIV- positive samples detected by general hospitals and women care centers accounted for 48. 3% of the total in the city. Conclusion HIV infection in Zigong has entered a rapid increase period. Education of middle- aged and aged people about AIDS prevention and treatment should be enhanced and disorderly migration of infection sources should be controlled.
