电针配合耳穴贴压治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后便秘的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针配合耳穴贴压对胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后便秘的疗效。方法:将100例患者按照就诊先后顺序,采用简单数字表随机方法随机分为两组,治疗组50例,给予电针配合耳穴贴压治疗;对照组50例,给予口服乳果糖口服溶液治疗。治疗2周后,观察两组患者临床疗效、骨折处VAS评分及生活质量。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90%和72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症候积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组骨折处VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合耳穴贴压治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后便秘的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,可以有效的改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,同时有助于缓解疼痛,值得进一步推广及应用。Objective： To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with auricular plaster on constipation after thoracolumbar compression fractures. Methods： 100 patients,according to the sequence of treatment,with a simple digital table method,were randomly divided into a treatment group（ 50 cases） treated by electro acupuncture combined with acupoint massage therapy and a control group（ 50 cases） treated with oral administration of lactulose oral solution. After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,VAS score and quality of life in two groups were observed. Results： The curative rates of treatment group and control group were90% and 72% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. In two groups after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores were significantly different（ P〈0. 05）,and the treatment group was lower than the control group according to VAS score,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Electro acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of constipation after vertebral compression fracture is superior to simple western medicine treatment,and the therapy can effectively improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and help to relieve the pain. It is worthy of further promotion and application.
