电针结合玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔灌注治疗肩关节周围炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察电针结合玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔灌注治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:选取肩关节周围炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组(电针结合玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔灌注组)40例和对照组(电针组)40例。两组均在治疗前、后及随访1个月、3个月后观察VAS评分及肩关节功能活动评分(CMS)。结果:治疗组VAS评分、CMS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率(95%)显著高于对照组(87.5%)(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔灌注治疗肩关节周围炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis treated with electric acupuncture combined with intra- articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate. Methods： 80 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomized into a treatment group（ 40 cases） and a control group（ 40 cases）. The treatment group received electric acupuncture and intra- articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate. The control group was taken electric acupuncture only. The course was for 20 days in both groups. The improvements of VAS scores and Constant- Murley scores（ CMS） were observed before and after treatment. Results： After 20 days,VAS scores and CMS scores in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 95%,which was superior to that of 87. 5% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The synthetical therapy of electric acupuncture combined with intra- articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate on scapulohumeral periarthritis has a significantly curative effect.
